While we were originally, focused upon documenting our challenges, with more pronounced disabilities, in our journey towards equal access inclusion, The Dolphin, so as to be a proper pioneer, we hoped to carve a path out, that others can follow... reflecting upon the triumphs, the successes, as well as the obstacles, and challenges, we encountered
But in our journey, we also witnessed injustices, and struggles, that other vulnerable populations experienced... That, as a society, affects us all...
The losses of members of our created family, whom have had different struggles they faced; of foster care, and even been runaways...
They were, as invisible to society, as our population, in many ways, still is.
We promised to remember their stories... And their struggles, as Society's discarded
children... whose vulnerabilities, made them just as susceptible to predators, and to dangers of neglects and abuses, as our own population is...
We mourn those we lost...
Remembering them,
invisible outsiders,
Their struggle,
is our struggle...
